Refining of oils is an "art", and Technochem has standardized the processes for most of the oils with respect to specific end-requirements. Technochem plants are designed to operate at low utility consumptions and produce high-quality refined oils. Our company has a combined practical experience of over 100 years in designing and processing of various types of oils in different ways and we share our experience and knowledge with our customers.
Technochem is willing to modify the process, size and capacity with respect to customer requirements. Small size refineries of 5 -- 100 TPD are supplied in modular form on skids, completely erected on structures, and pre-piped. This method of construction reduces the start-up time and expensive labor for erection at site. Larger size refineries may need some erection at site.
